Deze locatie wordt in het zuiden begrenst door het Vliegenbos en in het oosten door de Beeldentuin. Het gebouw heeft in beide richtingen voorgevels. Het entrÈÈgebied aan de oostzijde van het plan wordt in overleg met het stadsdeel gedetailleerd en afgestemd op het nieuwe ontwerp voor de Beeldentuin. De zuidgevel biedt zicht op het Vliegbos en de toekomstige uitbreiding van de beeldentuin die bereikbaar zal zijn door een brug over de watergang. Een poort in de zuidgevel maakt parkeren op het binnenterrein mogelijk.
Het nieuwe gebouw bevat 7 units geschikt als woon-werkhuizen. De ruimte tussen de bestaande ateliers aan de noordzijde en de noordgevel van het nieuwe gebouw wordt gebruikt als fietsparkeerplaats.

This location is bordered south by the Vliegenbos and in the east by the Beelduin (sculpture garden). The building has facades in both directions. The entrance area on the east side of the plan is detailed in consultation with the city district and is tailored to the new design for the Beelduin. The south facade offers views of the Vliegenbos and the future expansion of the sculpture garden, which will be reached by a bridge over the waterway. A gate in the South Facade allows parking on the interior area of the block.
The new building contains 7 units suitable as houses with at least 50% workspace. The space between the existing ateliers on the north side and the facade of the new building is used as a bicycle parking space.
